Adult Guitar Lessons is a comprehensive guitar lessons course designed specifically for the needs of the adult guitar student. Founded by Keith Dean, a professional guitarist with over 30 years of stage, studio and instructional experience, he developed this course initially to serve his private guitar students in the "40 and over" category. Based on the fact that most guitar instruction programs were geared to a much younger student, he special tailored a guitar lessons course that specially addressed the needs and wants of a more mature student.

The course he developed involved teaching students to play by ear, by feel and by "pattern", and was so successful that he decided to publish the course and offer it in an online guitar lessons format in order to reach a wider audience.
